The South Coast Taipans Futsal Club made a ground breaking trip to Thailand in October 2017 spreading the passion for Futsal globally.
The club’s Advanced Development Squad played six games in the week-long tournament in Bangkok, with the event being hosted by Thaiport, one of the largest Futsal clubs in Thailand.
The tournament was a great success and gave the Wollongong side the chance to play against kids that are hugely involved in a sport which is massively popular in South East Asia.
